How do i book with you?
Booking with me is easy! Once you reach out via the contact form, we will have an initial meeting via email or phone where you can get answers to any questions you have as well as discuss what you're in need of for photography coverage. If we are a match, I'll send a proposal and you will finalize your booking by signing a contract and paying a retainer.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive sneaks within 24-48 hours. You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4 weeks (often much less depending on the season I photograph your story). From there, you can download all of the photos from the gallery and also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
do i need a second shooter for my wedding?
More often than not, the answer is YES! I offer the choice of adding a second shooter to your wedding or elopement day to keep your day customizable. If you dream of full-day coverage, a second shooter allows for simultaneous coverage from different angles, or in a different location, capturing everything from the little details, getting ready photos, and the main events. Two is better than one for efficiency, variety, and adhering to a schedule. Second shooters are not required, but are highly recommended for weddings (but usually not necessary for elopements).
where can i find your pricing?
The price point varies depending on your needs, and I often customize the
options for my couples! However, a good reference point to know is my most basic wedding collection starts at $3,000 and then I go from there. To accommodate for different budgets, I can make adjustments to the payment schedule - inquire for more information.
can i buy professional products from you?
Yes!!! Your digital gallery includes access to the best high-quality and fine art professional photo print labs that are exclusive to professional use only. I can only guarantee products purchased directly through your gallery, and I do not recommend or guarantee any prints or products that you may purchase elsewhere. Many of those cheap, fast, or easily accessible companies have printers that are not cleaned on a regular basis and are unlikely to match the quality you would expect and deserve.

I put my client's needs before my own and will do my best to exceed your expectations. I know how to navigate difficult situations that may arise. I continually refine and enhance the client experience by participating in paid courses, styled shoots, and networking with only the best industry professionals.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am currently based out of Northern Virginia and regularly service the greater DC Metro area. It is pretty typical to drive 1-2 hours away for a session. I have my passport ready and suitcases packed, and am excited to travel anywhere to document your special day. For destination weddings and elopements, I work with you to create the best and most reasonable flight + hotel accommodations to ensure a seamless (and 2-day early) arrival, to grant enough time to deal with potential flight changes and have time to location scout prior to your big day. More travel details can be provided during our consultation.
How many pictures will we receive?
For lifestyle sessions, you will choose between 3, 10, or a full gallery of images (typically 30-50 images).
For weddings, you can expect 400-700+ images.
For elopements, you can expect 100-300+ images.
I work tirelessly to choose the best and most rewarding images from your session, so you will love each photo as much as the next.
how can i add the vintage inspired photos?
You can add the vintage inspired photos when booking your session (be sure to mention it in the contact form details!). Reminder that these photos are not actually film, but are digital photos made to look like film. Zero the risk of film issues, but all of the reward!
what gear do you shoot with?
My main and backup camera bodies are both Canon 5D Mark IVs. My favorite lenses are 35mm, 85mm, and the 135mm. I only use tested, reliable, and high quality name-brand lenses and external flash devices.
I've booked with you, what is next?
Once you've signed the contract and paid the retainer, you will receive a confirmation email from me with your session details (date, time, location, etc.). After our initial planning session, I will check in periodically to ensure you are feeling prepared for your session and will connect with you if there are any details yet to iron out prior to your session date.
