Whether we've been friends for a while or you just found me on social media, I want to thank you for stopping by.

I'm a true midwest girl at heart.

Being a 90s kid, my family always had a disposable camera at all of our birthdays, family gatherings, and vacations. Eventually, my mom bought our family a digital point-and-shoot Canon Powershot and that is probably where my photo-taking obsession started. Pretty soon it had been years of me taking photos of my dog, nature while out on walks, and of course many self-timer shots of me and my friends (hello MySpace days). Eventually I took film and photography as an elective class in high school, and during that time I confirmed what I had already believed to be true; I had a deep and real love for creating art through photography.

I grew up in Iowa and since then have lived in South Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, and most recently, Virginia! While living in Colorado, I met the love of my life and in 2021 we got married in the mountains. Scroll down to view some of my favorite photos from our wedding day!

When we are not working, you can catch us hiking a new trail with our dog, attending a concert, or trying out a local brewery or winery.
